How do I know if my values are synced to Mestro Portal?

Once a value is entered into Mestro Input, it is queued for synchronization with Mestro Portal's database. A stable internet connection is required for the entered values to sync.

In the upper part of the Mestro Input window, next to the magnifying glass, you can see if there are values in the process of syncing. Refer to Image X.

If there is no number displayed on this icon, it means that all meter readings are synced.

Mestro Input can be used offline, but you need to remember three things for it to work:

  1. You must log in to your account first with a stable internet connection. This is necessary for our system to authenticate you as a user and to see all properties and meters on your account that require manual readings.
  2. Readings can now be done offline, and all your input will be saved (cached) until you reconnect to a stable internet connection.
  3. Mestro Input provides you with visual confirmation that a value has been recorded, but it is only visible to you and your user account until the system synchronizes with Mestro Portal.

How to edit meter readings

You can also edit and delete manual values using Mestro Input.

Navigate to the meter you want to edit/delete the value for. Click on the most recently entered value. This will bring up the dialog box shown in image x.
