In this year's first release, you will be able to look forward to news in hot water share calculation and preparatory adjustments in, for example, alarms. Many of you have requested these functions, so stay tuned and see what we have in store!
Parallel graduation day series for different normal years
Starting with this release we support the use of parallel standard years for degree day correction, this makes it possible to use both SMHI's old and new standard years. Ask your CSM or support at support@mestro.com to find out more.
Updated functionality for hot water share calculation
Another fruit that this release bears is linked to hot water share calculation. It will be possible to manually enter a constant hot water proportion template, which is convenient for new meters with no history. In addition, you can enter different versions so that different models can be used for different years. Pairs very well with the manual entry as it is possible to switch to one of the other calculation models when actual history is available.
We have also paid attention to your wishes to be able to calculate a hot water share for electric heating (electricity meter with usage type heat), which is now possible.

Preparatory release for new alarm function
As we mentioned in the October release, we will launch a more developed alarm function that is more flexible. This release means we're releasing step two to make sure it plays as it should. The next step will be to implement the new alarm function so that you too can use it in the portal.
Cooling Delta-T
Another input from you was the opportunity to get a calculated average of the temperature difference from the grid company's energy and export volume (supply temperature "minus" return temperature).
If you are interested in adding this function to your heat meters, contact your CSM or support at support@mestro.com.
Optimizations of the system
In addition to the new development above, we have also made performance-enhancing measures in the system, you may have noticed that the Mestro portal is much faster now? Hope so!
Input
A small reminder that since a few years we no longer have the Input app, but you can access Input via this link app.mestro.io/#input. From there, you can choose to save it on the home screen for easier access.
If you want to know more about Input, you can read these articles from our knowledge base
