The first release of the fall is here, and you can look forward to reading about exciting news and updates.
Holdings Overview
A brand-new view for those with admin access where you get an overview of the objects in your property structure, their attributes, and relationships, allowing you to easily identify and find objects with incorrect attributes, missing information, or simply to get an overview. The holdings overview consists of three tabs: Properties, Buildings, Meters. Each tab has different columns depending on the tab you are on to display all attributes.

Resolution is Selectable on Virtual Meters
When creating and editing Virtual Meters, there is a "Resolution" setting with three options: Hourly, Daily, and Monthly. The default is Daily. This allows the user to choose the resolution at which calculations should be made.Change of Fixed & Variable Costs and Improved Interface in the Budget Tool
Previously, fixed and variable costs in the budget tool were dependent on each other and were only two different ways to represent cost. Now, these have been separated from each other and added as two parts each for network and trading costs. This also meant that several settings in the report could be removed, and there are now only two basic views:
- Standard view, expanded with fixed and variable parts for both network and trading
- Simplified view, showing only the total cost
In addition to these changes, clarifications have been made in the interface and the ability to edit a saved budget has been opened (previously locked).
Clarification of Data Coverage in the Rebilling Report
It is now clearer in the rebilling report what is data coverage for cost and what is data coverage for used media.
Updated Nomenclature for Energy Declarations
The terms for energy declarations have been changed to clarify the difference between specific energy use (old calculation model) and primary energy number (new calculation model). The umbrella term becomes energy performance.
Automatic Groups for All, New, and Inactive Properties
We have an increasing number of customers whose property portfolios are automatically updated with readings from, for example, property systems or the land registry. To enable full automation and minimize administration for both you and us, automatic groups are introduced so you can see what changes have been made at the last reading.

Clarification of Tabs in Meter Data Status
In meter data status, we have visually highlighted the active tab and made the inactive tabs more discreet.
