Web browser
Mestro Portal is a web-based service. You can reach the app containing the data, reports and tools using your web browser. We support the following browsers, listed alphabetically:

Objects in the portal
First step in working with the system is to create objects in the portal. Basically, objects are virtual of properties, buildings, building components and different kinds of meters. The digital structure is required for us to relate usage data to physical space and to offer you useful analytical tools!
TIP: All new customers are appointed a Customer Success Manager to guide you through the initial setup phase of properties and metering points. Contact the salesperson if you have not yet been appointed a Customer Success Manager.
Users with Admin-access can create objects in the portal. Below I've listed hyperlinks to articles describing object-creation in greater detail:
Navigating the portal
We have grouped the portal into three parts to simplify navigation. I'll describe these briefly below.
Part 1: Navigation
We've built the system as a node tree. Envision a tree where the branches are reports and analytical tools and the roots are properties, meters and the information stored within. The node tree is presented in a list on the portal's lefthand side. To move between properties and groups thereof, simply double click the object's name or the right pointing arrow. If you wish to study multiple properties simultaneously, check the box for a property group or for multiple individual properties.

Part 3: Visualization board
The screen's center is reserved for portraying the information you have selected in the menu bar, based on where you stand in the node tree. This is where you can see your properties' usage, rank them against each other, and dig deep with energy signatures, among other fun stuff!

You can also select which time period to study. Simply choose between anything from a single month to an entire year. Did you know that you can compare up to 3 years at the same time?
