Table of contents:
Administration
A simple tool for you administrators tasked with granting colleagues and consultants access to sections of your portfolio. It is simple to create user accounts, decide upon user access level and pick which properties they are supposed to work with.
Data coverage - trusting the information
Data coverage and alarms share a view in the portal, highlighting where we are missing data and the magnitude of impact this has on reports and performance indicators. Use this report to determine the level of trust you can place in the data we have collected from each and everyone of your suppliers!
Premises map - spatial searches
It is sometimes easier to find a property by looking for it on a map. Especially if you have trouble remembering the name! Our goal is to make your work with Mestro Portal easy and enjoyable. Which is why you can take the bird's eye view of your entire portfolio and quickly zoom in to the property you are looking for.
Grouping and tree structure - Group and segment
You have an unlimited number of levels to group your properties and meters in Mestro Portal. Granted, working with 10 levels in a single property is time consuming. Nonetheless this flexible tree structure simplifies comparisons between simliar properties or regions, and following up the performance of different business lines.
Keeping a close eye on your property's peak load and energy usage are important for both the wallet and the electricity grids. It is therefore possible to set threshold alarms in Mestro Portal that sends e-mail notifications when we register that a threshold has been passed. Use this information to troubleshoot your property!
Meter data status - understand data sources
This portfolio administrator's report collates all necessary information about meters. The report offers a rapid overview of meters, data sources, methods used to collect data and data coverage. You can also dig deeper into the individual data points using the smart widgets!
Overview - visualize the vitals
Mestro visualizes key performance indicators for the selected property or property group. Use the Overview to take the temperature of property performance. You can quickly identify deviations in usage and explore their causes with shortcuts to reports.
Reports
The usage report visualizes energy usage in clear bar charts, month by month with the possibility of comparing up to three years at once. You will always have full control over the energy usage for individual properties and groups, and you can export the aggregated data to Excel with the push of a button.
Sustainability - your dashboard
The portal's sustainability report summarizes key performance indicators within the categories of usage and environmental impact for all levels in the node tree. Are you interested in the latest data for a property? Or perhaps the previous quarter for the portfolio's quarterly report? Regardless, you will find what you need here!
The costs report visualizes costs arisen from energy and water usage in clear bar charts and key performance indicators. You have full control, from the aggregated portfolio down to individual price items for a meter. Excel-export is only a click away, as always.
The emissions report visualizes carbon dioxide emissions in clear bar charts and key performance indicators. You have full control over your organization's emissions as indicated by energy usage data. In addition to rapid calculations, deeper analysis is possible with the Excel-export function.
Ranking - improvements begin here
Ranking lists showcases relative usage and improvements of your properties, helping you rapidly identify where to focus your efforts. Compare and contrast properties and property groups. This is your first step in identifying corrective measures to reduce energy usage with the associated costs!
Tenant Billing - for invoicing
Once tenants and their contracts are properly configured, simply press a button to generate a list of tenant usage, their costs and how much to bill them! The results are better if you either prepare utility contracts in the portal or use scanning to read costs from invoices.
Analytical tools
Usage Analysis - Understand consumption patterns
Mestro collects a large amount of data and makes it simple to understand. Employing multiple grafs and tabular displays, we make your data come to life and tell a story of trends and relationships. Zoom in or out, study bars or line charts, total energy usage or segmented into different kinds.
Energy Signature - analysis of heating, cooling and temperature
The property's energy signature visualizes heating and cooling relative to outdoor temperatures. Applying regression techniques, this powerful tool estimates your property's savings potential. Small, simple adjustments can deliver impressive results!
Momentary analysis - complete understanding
Mestro is designed to handle very high data resolution, down to hourly and even per second measurements. High resolution data opens up a whole world of opportunities to really understand your property. Perhaps you want to analyze peak load, flow and other values relevant to conducting a thorough energy analysis.
Trend analysis - for planning the future
The most reliable method to scry the future is to first look back in the past and at the present. Mestro analyses historical data up to most recent value and generates a forecast over future costs and usage. A very useful tool for budgetting and checking if you are on track to meet strategic targets!
-

With this tool you are able to quickly gauge whether you are on target to meet goals for energy and emissions reduction, or cost savings set in company wide strategies.

Briefly about our modules
A module is a package containing thematically grouped functionality that help you unlock the potential in your data!
The waste module - centralized control

Using the portal as a central storage hub, you can easily establish routines to manually report generated waste in the instances when suppliers can't share data with the system automatically.
Agreements module - applying contractual information
You can create digital cost and environmental agreements in Mestro Portal. Connecting these to meters enables the results from calculations, reports and analytical tools to more accurately reflect the real world. Use this module to unlock the potential and take full ownership of your data.
